Message from the Founders of the Sauder Business Club of London...
Dear Fellow Sauder Alumni and Friends,
Welcome to the Sauder Business Club of London. Founded in January 2009, our goal is to serve the social, business and professional development interests of the UK alumni community.
There are more than 100 Sauder alumni living in the UK. Many other individuals with an interest in the school pass through on a regular basis. We encourage both alumni and friends of the school to join us, whether current or prospective students, alumni or individuals associated with the faculty.
For those of you who have lost touch with the University, there have been some significant changes since you graduated. In 2003, what was once known as UBC Commerce became the Sauder School of Business, thanks to the very generous donation from B.C. business leader and philanthropist, Bill Sauder. The school is currently undergoing a major upgrade, which will enable future and current students to receive a world class education in a world class learning environment.
As a non-profit association, our plan is to offer a wide range of social, educational and other activities throughout the year. Events will range from casual gatherings over drinks to business professional speaking engagements providing both networking and learning opportunities.
We are pleased to welcome you, and hope to see you in the near future !
